Phil is a strategic communications specialist, leading our work with clients across the global healthcare industry.

Since joining Portland in 2013, Phil has advised clients on how to navigate some of the most complex communications challenges in healthcare, from the advent of cell and gene therapy to the impact of Covid-19.

Phil’s extensive experience includes pharmaceuticals and biotech (working with companies such as Novartis, Pfizer, AstraZeneca and AbbVie), as well as trade associations, NFPs and med tech.
