Noah is an experienced communications counselor who leads positioning and reputation campaigns for advocacy organizations, companies, and international governments.

He has been heavily involved in developing and managing branding, digital platforms, public relations, and advocacy initiatives; cultivating media relationships; serving as a spokesperson; and advising leadership at the highest levels.

Prior to joining Portland he served as Vice President of Public Affairs for a higher education trade association in Washington, DC.
