The Challenge

Olam is a global agricultural business, with a presence in over 70 countries and over 50,000 employees.

The Approach

Portland conducted an internal communications audit across Olam’s internal channels. We undertook both qualitative and quantitative research including interviews with Olam employees.

The Outcome

Portland produced and presented the results and recommendations of the audit to the Communications team, which helped inform the development of an employee app, the internal engagement strategy and advice on measurement and tracking engagement within the organisation.
