Abigail is a life sciences policy and government affairs specialist. She leads Portland’s work with pharmaceutical clients, with a particular focus on UK public affairs.

Abigail works across both above-brand life sciences engagement programmes and disease-specific projects in pathway reform, awareness raising and market access.

Abigail’s experience includes supporting engagement around rare diseases like spinal muscular atrophy and sickle cell disease, major chronic conditions like diabetes, obesity and arthritis, and corporate life sciences policy such as NICE reform and the voluntary scheme for branded medicines pricing, access and growth.
