Rachel leads Portland’s work with life sciences clients across ​the global healthcare sector. Rachel is a strategic communications and government affairs specialist, with experience spanning the UK and globally.

Rachel’s policy experience includes vaccines, pandemic preparedness, rare diseases, neurology and neglected tropical diseases. She has a particular interest in health system strengthening, health workforce utilisation and pathway redesign.​
