Elizabeth is a Director in Portland’s Healthcare and Life Sciences team, specialising in global health policy and strategic communications. She advises pharmaceutical and healthcare clients on developing integrated government affairs programmes.
She is experienced in designing and delivering high-profile health policy events, contributing to platforms such as the World Health Summit, and leading stakeholder engagement programmes that connect experts, advocates and policymakers to shape messaging and drive public health advocacy.
Elizabeth has managed complex, multi-disciplinary programmes and acts as an embedded partner to client teams, helping deliver strategic outcomes on fast-moving, high-stakes issues. supporting global functions, and enabling collaboration across country and cross-functional teams. She brings a systems-level perspective to complex public health challenges, underpinned by her academic background in Classics from the University of Oxford and executive training in global health leadership at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
